I am a cinematographer and editor/colorist born and raised in Southern California. After high school, I decided on a change of scenery and moved to Chicago to earn a degree in film & television at DePaul University. I specialized in cinematography and honed my skills by collaborating with other inspiring student directors and producers to bring their visions to life. With strong attention to detail and a creative eye, I am passionate about capturing captivating visuals that enhance the film’s story and immerse the audience in its world.

I have always been captivated by the art of filmmaking and the power of visual storytelling. Growing up, I would spend all my free time making skits and short films with friends, and I have pursued it ever since. With anyone that I could convince to join me, I would shoot as often as possible, allowing me to develop a skillset from an early age. As I would watch films I was always drawn to the cinematography, and I began analyzing and learning from the use of light, color, and composition in bringing out different emotions.

In addition to my student film work, I have engaged in personal passion projects on the side. This has given me experience in having full control over the visuals from pre-production to post-production. Because of my personal efforts, I have also fallen in love with the art of editing and color correction. As a filmmaker, I am always looking for ways to improve my craft and tell stories that resonate with audiences. Editing my own work has been monumental in developing these skills as an overall storyteller. Whether I am working on a documentary, commercial, or narrative film, I approach each project with a deep sense of passion and dedication. My goal is to create visuals that not only look great but also have a lasting impact on viewers.
